Display tags in the post

Is it possible to display tags assigned to the post when we read the post, with minimal code writing?

It is definitely possible, but this theme aims to be simple, and it requires loops to show the categories and tags. The code is more complicated than the rest of code in single.html, so I decided not to add it to the master branch, but show you how in the feature/show-tags branch, or equivalently, see #2.
