PHPUnit coverage fails on 7.3-fpm due to xdebug config

PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught SebastianBergmann\CodeCoverage\RuntimeException: xdebug.coverage_enable=On has to be set in php.ini in /builds/.../vendor/phpunit/php-code-coverage/src/Driver/Xdebug.php:40

Is it possible to enable xdebug.coverage_enable or make it configurable via environment?

I think we also can enable this by default, since xdebug is only loaded in Test-Env.

I found a workaround:

Add a file named xoverwrites.ini to your project in image-files/usr/local/etc/php/conf.d. In there you can enable the xdebug coverage via xdebug.enable_coverage=1

Now add COPY ./image-files / to your Dockerfile
