Max: Two app_groups found in pre-launch hook

Current Behavior:

If you dive into the scripts from client/ayon_core/hosts/max/hooks folder, you find out that two app_groups have been used for Max hosts(unlike one app_group in other hosts).

Expected Behavior:

There should be only one app_groups for 3dsmax.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Remove one of the 3dsmax elements from app_groups from the pre-launch hook
2. Run AYON from dev mode
3. It errors out during launching 3dsmax
