Blocking dialogue

Describe the bug
This dialog blocks the UI without any possibility to click something. Even the "close" button of the window manager is disabled.

To Reproduce
This just happened. I don't want to use a containerized environment.

Expected behavior
The dialog does not block the complete UI. It allows to close it and fix the issue. Currently it requires to kill VSCode the hard way.

Desktop (please compelete the following information):

• OS: Fedora 41
• VS Code version 1.101.0
• Extension version 2.8.0 - 2025.01.06
• Yocto Version scarthgap

I remember I could close this one by clicking OK when it appeared.
I suspect something like it respawns continuously in your case, or there's a regression in the VSCode API.
This error sometimes appears improperly when bitbake reports a file we cannot find from the files accessible to VSCode.
Does this happen every-time you start the extension? Could you share your vscode-bitbake build settings?
