Pre release issues

I know it's just a pre-release, but I couldn't wait to try it. These are the one I spotted in a couples if minutes

• colors of the web interface don't match the one used in app icon (I know it's because copilot made it)
• on the web interface you need to add https://
• duplicates can be created if you add links without https://
• the local network server green banner should have rounded angles
