Does the base user.js includes all Fastfox's tweaks?

I run firefox on an old laptop, alonside running it on my main pc.
I'd like to know if the base user.js (to which i added a few overrides and smoothfox), includes all the default enabled fastfox tweaks.

The user.js mirrors what's active in Fastfox (i.e., what doesn't have the // at the beginning). Some prefs are there for educational purposes or alternative community builds.
