Fix JSON.Object type mismatch in QuantumXXZ tests

Problem

The automatic tests were failing in GitHub Actions with a MethodError when running the QuantumXXZ tests:

MethodError: no method matching runMC(::JSON.Object{String, Any})

The issue occurs because JSON.parsefile() returns a JSON.Object{String, Any} type, while the runMC function expects a Dict{String, Any} (aliased as Parameter). Although JSON.Object is a subtype of AbstractDict, it is not a Dict, causing the method dispatch to fail.

Solution

Convert the JSON.Object to Dict before passing it to runMC:

# Before
param = diagres["Parameter"]

# After  
param = Dict{String,Any}(diagres["Parameter"])

This minimal change ensures type compatibility while preserving all functionality.

Additional Changes

• Added Manifest.toml and test/Manifest.toml to .gitignore to prevent dependency lock files from being tracked

Test Results

All 3,396 tests now pass successfully:
