Sentence selection while mining over multiple line endings

Hey, is there any way to overwrite the sentence selection when mining? I wanted to mine a sentence of the form

A
B.

and include both lines in the sentence, i.e. "A B." But due to the line ending it will only select "A".

Configuring yomitan to not use line endings as termination selects both, but also a lot of unwanted text on the website, i.e. "200likes A B."

So I wanted to ask is there a way to force a selection to be mined or similar? Or do you have any other ways around this?
