Cannot add duplicate despite "Allow adding" duplicates selected #2317

Description
"Check for card duplicates" instantly removes/hides the ability to add duplicate card despite having option "Allow adding" on "when duplicate is detected".
I only have this issue on Android firefox with my setting exported from PC firefox and not changing anything in the settings
