err GET http://0.0.0.0:3001/dist/bundle.js . css not working

I run locally on node 4.7.0 but css is not working with npm run dev.
I also get error GET http://0.0.0.0:3001/dist/bundle.js on console

you guys are not running in prod mode, plus you need to add nginx rules to make it work
