Add a license to the project #3

Context
Our code is public but we haven't made it clear to others how they can use it. A license will fix that!
Typically open-source code licenses are different from content licenses. This repo includes both, it would be good to specify both seperately.
@Shrinks99 votes for MIT for code and CC0 for content. Archives are linked through private cloud storage, are copyright their respective owners, and do not adhere to the licenses in the repo (which should be made clear in the readme).
