Shorter segment size (inference windows) for real-time demo?

Just curious if its possible to run in real time on a more thin buffer? I see the segment size is 9600 samples (600ms) but I'm curious about the impact on quality when reducing to something like 20ms?

If 600ms inference time less then 10ms，you can use it in a typical 20msWin/10msHop realtime
