1. Looks like an account would be needed to get the video, or at least to research the extractor design. You or someone else would have to share your account with the developer if anyone wanted to work on it.
2. From the web page sources, the site probably uses DRM for at least some of its content. Please check for test content that you can play in the browser with DRM (aka EME) disabled (easiest in Firefox).
