Fastloader for JiffyDOS-equipped drives.

For C64 it's JaffyDOS or SJLOAD:

with a comment "ATTENTION: to use this loader the DATASETTE must be disconnected from the computer!" (why? can we overcome this with more space for code in ROM?)

• port BSZ's code to ROM
• investigate Datasette problem
• add JiffDOS autodetection (status message? we already do it for TCBM devices)
