Update network access for Insert Big Image

Hi, our company just added rules for plugins and we had to reject 'Insert Big Image" because the "network access" info was not included. Can we have that updated?

I know we can host it ourselves as a private plugin, but wanted to see if it could be updated on the plugin level.
