Reformat arXiv entries to match official arXiv format

Following https://info.arxiv.org/help/hypertex/bibstyles/index.html, arXiv entries should be referenced by adding archivePrefix, eprint, and primaryClass, since many bibstyles can render/format appropriately based on these fields.
