Hi I have made hello algo implementation in Nim and Haxe

Since the hello algo implementation were not available in Nim and Haxe two of languages I use I thought to make them. Since I primiraly use Python and learnt Hello Algo from python code only I used it's code. Also since I used original chinese doc code I have to translate them also. If You wish to add them they are available here :
