keep_ifgs in step12 #119
Description
We may want to keep some of the dropped ifgs in step12 (e.g., for a single loop, all 3 ifgs are dropped if the loop phase is not closed, but 2 of them could have no unwrapping errors), but currently it is not possible. Add a parameter to enable such manual ifg selection.
