Support resolutions other than 1920x1080

For testing purposes, the system only supports 1920x1080. We should be able to support any resolution, ideally autodetermined through X11/Wayland/whatever APIs. The stream info should have the correct size, so the client should be able to resize appropriately for everything to work properly.
