In my prisma client I am also using this Pagination Extension. So how can I possible to cache the pagination as well?

You could try to chain the extensions and see if it works, I will have to test it to understand how it works to give you a conclusive information.

That is how I chain the extension.
Then in the pagination extension this how we do it:

    const users = await prismaConfig.user
      .paginate({
        where: whereCondition,
        include: {
          region: true,
          province: true,
          city: true,
          barangay: true,
        },
      })
      .withPages({});

Now the cache properties within paginate or withPages method does not exist.
