revamping tandem cli

In the next release of tandem, we are going to get a revamped CLI for tandem, amazing experience in terms of usability and adaptibility. You will be able to use your GitHub Copilot subscription right through tandem. also configuration for first time users is going to get so smooth now that they don't even have to create a tandem.env file themselves. everything will be configured just from the tandem terminal app while having those other options available too.

unrelated but an awesome feature escape shell is also coming up.
