We need to have documentation in place. I think updating README.md file should be enough.
check out github pages for that. https://yyovil.github.io/tandem/. add necessary details about how to get started as user first. we will add CONTRIBUTING.md later.

Got to automate this. Our README.md serves as manual page for tandem. We can put up a gh workflow in place that instructs gh copilot agent to update the README.md every time we push a new release for tandem. Agent can use the changelog in between the releases to update it.

@gemini-cli suggest solutions for the idea just described.
