limit max tool calls for a single tool. #8
Description
its observed that without any external limit for tool calls, llms can keep on hammering with the tool which could be a very expensive failure.
so i see that we are going to implement limits like maxRetries or maxToolCalls for tools.
what im not sure about is that should we do this for BaseTool or for specific tools. @Copilot wdy say?
