Enable notifications for when ADAQ file does not have certain data

It would be useful to alert the user when the ADAQ file does NOT have the type of data that the user is trying to incorporate into spectra/PSD histograms, e.g. waveforms, energy data, PSD integral data. At present, when the user attempts to use something that doesn't exist then the programs does nothing and does not give feedback.
