Add comprehensive daemon/hook e2e tests

Tests verify file changes are properly captured for history:
- Basic edit capture (file path, tool name, old/new strings)
- File snapshot capture with gzip compression
- VCS metadata capture (Git and Jujutsu)
- Multi-line and large content handling
- Daemon status queries
