Automatically create Discord webhooks

it would be really great if there was a setting to just use webhook and the bot would create the webhook itself instead of having to manually create and map webhooks

This is a great idea. I worry slightly about messing with people's guilds too much, but I think we can find a way forward that still lets people opt-out of this behavior.
