Hanging on WSL/Windows

Hello,

Thank you for sharing this project.

I found this project while figuring out what GitHub CLI uses to store their tokens, on that journey I found that they have abstracted go-keyring to add a timeout feature.

These timeouts are added because some users reported hanging in some WSL and Windows machines. According to cli/cli#7580, the issue stems from this package. There are no references to any issues and further descriptions, so this might be a long shot. Do you understand what the underlying issue is, and is it fixed?

I have no idea about wsl.
I guess it would make sense to have timeout support in go-keyring itself.

@szuecs I think having control with a context would be even better (see my proposal #131 (comment)) as we could set the timeout for the platform we are targeting rather than relying on defaults which may no be appropriate
