[1.3.1] ComfyUI metadata display does not render backslashes in model info, despite being escaped in metadata

The "Model" entry squashes the folders and model name together, losing the directory separators entirely. In the metadata itself the value is stored as

00. Favorites\\SD1.5\\arthemyComics_v60.safetensors

so it should be showing the backslashes.
