Add references to similar projects

Over the time I received some emails asking to write something in Python or scriptable or basically something that you can use to make it easier to build the "clock signal" automatically without messing around with controls and knobs.
I've been considering a rewrite but if there are alternatives they can be added to the README and let this repo keep the Audacity plugin only
