from netcdf files to Zarr archive

Hi ,

@tomwhite, the time has come to work on this Antarctica ice velocity virtualiZarr archive linked to #308. From our last discussion, I remember that the first step is to create a kind of Zarr store to allocates each netcdf files with their spatial coordinates. I also need to deal with the overlaps between each cube. But the step is too high and my notes are not sufficient. Please, can you point me to resources or at least to the zarr doc I could start with ?
