Add ZipStore

This is necessary to achieve feature parity with JZarr.

ZipStore is import for https://ngff.openmicroscopy.org/rfc/9/index.html. Implementation should make sure to adopt the recommendations in the RFC for how to organize the entries of the Zip file.
