Remove chunk_memory_layout from V3 metadata in fafor of transpose codec #1517
Description
An early version of the V3 spec included the array metadata field chunk_memory_layout. Although this was included in the implementation of V3 in #898, it was subsequently replaced in the spec by a transpose codec. It should be removed from the V3 implementation and support should be demonstrated for the transpose codec.
