Redirecting Back to Native App After Discord OAuth Login

I'm implementing Discord authentication and I want the login process to be handled within my native app instead of staying in the browser. Currently, my app opens the authorization link in a browser, and after the user logs in, they remain on the post-authorization confirmation page. What I want is for the user to be redirected back to my app automatically after authorization, instead of staying in the browser.
