Automatically jump to suggestion #115

Hey, I absolutely love this plugin! It's working flawlessly!
I'd love one improvement: It would be cool, if the selection in cmp could automatically jump to the first Copilot suggestion. Usually my LSP suggestions are first shown, then after some time the Copilot suggestions arrive, but they are placed at the very top and I always have to move up so many suggestions to finally get to the Copilot one.
