Only show journal selection if user has write permission for more than one journal

Usually a user is registered for just one journal, so the journal selection on the dataset form is obsolete in most cases.

Since this is the organization selection of CKAN (no modifications by this plugin) it should be an issue there. However, it should be easy to implement here.
