reference to default upstream is not ssl when reporting is disabled

in the setup where reporting is disabled and mcloud enabled over ssl we do have a mistake in
nginx/conf.d/default.conf

all references to stf use https except default / location. as a workaround we manually updated to https:

      set $upstream_default stf-proxy:80;
      proxy_set_header Host stf-proxy;
      proxy_pass https://$upstream_default;
      proxy_http_version 1.1;

      # two below headers to support websocket connection
      proxy_set_header Upgrade $http_upgrade;
      proxy_set_header Connection upgrade;
