Websocket connection failure on Device control

I followed the guide house ever I faced this ERROR when I open device control

I tried to setup the PUBLIC_IP and STF_PROVIDER_HOST with localhost, 127.0.0.1 and mcloud.local but no success. mcloud and mcloud-agent are on the same host.
