Consistent run indicator

Once a dart file has a main entrypoint the file should have runnable indicators showing in the gutter. In zed that only happens consistently when opening files inside the test dir. All other ides i have tested correctly supports this behavior

temporary workaround is to include the package:test/test.dart import to whichever file your main method is defined in.
