ACP Kotlin SDK

Hi,

I'm currently working at JetBrains AI Code Assistant team as a Senior Software Engineer, and in our product we want to try using ACP. Which is why I did a Kotlin sdk for it

It is a submodule of the main repository like typescript or rust

And I want to contribute to this repository with the Kotlin SDK but in repo readme it is stated to open a discussion first for features like this. I've already contributed to A2A protocol and did products with agentic AI which is why I decided to do this implementation. And also to standardise agentic communications and make it easier to connect agents to editors.

What do you think about such a contribution?
