Added support for Perplexity API

It would be great if you could add official support for the perplexity API.

Why do I think it would be great:

Many Perplexity subscription users already have free API keys
Using it through OpenAI API Key option in Zed limits its functionality.
Having search and debug options in Zed would be massively.

You may use Perplexity by adding this in your settings.json under context_servers.. ensure you have uv installed, brew install uv for mac/linux:

uvx way is not working for me, getting Invalid request parameters: "" error. Anyway would be nice to have Perplexity listed directly without hacking.

Is it possible to have this as an option like 'Google AI' in the configuration page?
It would be nice to have an easy to configure method to select the Perplexity's models.

There is this extension https://github.com/zed-extensions/perplexity
But I cannot get to actually recognize the command.
Installed the extension and exported the PERPLEXITY_API_KEY env variable.
Restarted the editor but the command isn't available in the agents panel.
