Please extract GPUI

I strongly believe in the potential of GPUI as a competitor against stuff like Tauri (Tauri is good for what it is meant to do, but please do not make non-webapp things a webapp, I like my system resources)

However, I believe holding it hostage in the zed repository is a bad idea.
It would be WAY better to extract it out from Zed and making it it's own repository and crate.
That way, it would be less of a hassle to do things with it, like file bug reports and pull requests.
It would also make it easier to view in the webapp.
Also, it could collect stars for itself that way to show off it's popularity and viabilty.
Then, you could also publish it as a crate, even if it isn't release-ready yet, since the issues won't be flooding the zed repo, and it isn't something bad to put a beta release public as a 0.x or something

Would love to have it as a separate repository as well. Focussing solely on GPUI related bugs, features, etc.
