navigate among user messages in Agent Panel

Conversation threads using external agents can easily surpass dozens of prompts, and when they get lengthy it is hard to navigate among them because they are all not loaded by default for performance reasons, and because of this it is needed to doomscroll up/down infinitely just to reach a message after innumerous tool calls/code edits/whatever the agent did.

Navigating among prompts is useful for the own user catching context on what was done or what he was working on before in his conversation thread.

Today there is only a scroll to top button.

It could be added 2 more arrow icon buttons - but these should float, in reach for the users anytime, or any kind of similar control, that would let him click up to go to previous message and click down to go to the next message.

If today it exists a navigation that fulfills what I am struggling with, this could be disconsidered, but it should be noticeable that it is not clear, leading to a bad UX.

Because search in Markdown doesn't work, it's really a pain in the ass to find my own messages in long agent conversations.
