Zen-C language support

Hello, sorry for not following the format, however, since this is a language request most of the questions didn't made sense.

There is a new programming language that compiles to C code called Zen-C would be cool to have it on Zed since it is getting some traction lately. I believe there is a vscode extension for Zen-C so it might be a good idea to look at their implementation. They also have LSP available at their repo so it should be easy to implement.

This repo won't have any new languages added, hence https://github.com/zed-industries/extensions is a better place for such requests.
