The ability to rename conversations

My chat sessions have meaningless sometimes single words, taken from the early interaction(S). I can't work out which chat is on what topic because they have names like "continue" and "but from 90%".

Why does this matter?

I'm drowning in meaninglessly named agent sessions, so I can't navigate to the correct one for the jobs I want to continue doing.

I can't give you a screenshot because my list of agentic sessions dialogue disappears whenever I navigate to the screenshot utility.
