Reproduction steps

  1. start writing a markdown list
  2. insert a new item before the last one;

Current vs. Expected behavior

Current behavior: numbers on the list do not get rearranged.

Expected behavior: numbers on the list are updated to reflect the new ordering.

note I just realized that this is the "Markdown All In One" extension; can Zed extensions hook to provide behavior like this?
