Reproduction steps
many alternatives for pacman like shelly now exist that communicate directly to libalpm.
shelly is even pre installed on Cachy OS. I dont see why it says when checking for updates managed by pacman

I expect it to say Updates handled by alpm/repos
It currently says pacman
