Add possibility to save preferences through url

I use mobile gecko based browser and have cookies deleting on exit, and I have libredirect to automaticly redirect to nitter, and I want to customise preferences and past url with saved preferences as custom url in libredirect. Also I tried different excetention to remove cookies with whitelist but they don't stable and often just don't remove cookies or remove cookies in the middle of using website. Something like in pictures
