Add warning for long load times #43
Description
Something that only displays once per day for like 20 seconds (or if Loading component is alive longer than 5 seconds?):
Alert: "Apologies for the occasional lengthy loading"
User click -> Why?
Dialogue: "You may experience a long wait if you haven't loaded the site in a while. This project is on a low-cost test server while I still work on it. My apologies, I hope you enjoy this tool! Let me know if you have any thoughts: [twitter]"
