Update dropzone base library reference to 7.0.0 or newer

Is it possible to update the dropzone library npm package to version 7.3.0? New name of the package is @deltablot/dropzone by the same author. It has some major improvements that are needed, more specifically restriction of the parallel chunk uploads to match the parallel uploads count (NicolasCARPi/dropzone@1df14d3#diff-de9ff7e2c507050d57e67bc4ca7c714b954ec7269dcbd7fc27ddbba809c6e783)
