Bump nanoid, mocha and nightwatch

Removes [nanoid](https://github.com/ai/nanoid). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [nanoid](https://github.com/ai/nanoid), [mocha](https://github.com/mochajs/mocha) and [nightwatch](https://github.com/nightwatchjs/nightwatch). These dependencies need to be updated together.
